The Indianapolis Industrial Center has four rail-served warehouses and is uniquely positioned as an “open-switch” facility to allow service from CSX, Indiana Rail Road, and others. A large rail-yard with six service tracks simplifies the challenges of handling the in- and out-bound rail traffic. The rail yard has undergone improvements in 2012, 2015 and 2017.
Each of our four industrial buildings and both of the outdoor storage pads have rail access. Interior rail sidings in the four buildings make for efficient handling and reduce weather related handling issues.
In addition, CSX has a large side-track adjacent to our property to serve clients with even the heaviest rail volumes. See our drone fly through here: https://youtu.be/J9kcO-UHV4E
