The IIC announced the placement of 21,000 square feet in its Building #2 on the market today. This space represents a unique offering in the market and includes a drive-in ramp, standard truck dock, high-bay storage (rafters at 38 feet, access to a 25-ton bridge crane, and heavy duty floors.
This space will be available to occupy on or after October 1, 2018.
The Indianapolis Industrial Center is a 19.5 acre industrial park located about one mile from Interstate 65 with easy access to all of the interstates in Central Indiana. It is also actively served by CSX. With over 182,000 square feet of indoor space accompanied by nearly 100,000 square feet of outdoor service area, the facility is set up to serve distribution and manufacturing interests.
