The Indianapolis Industrial Center (IIC) has completed energy efficient lighting upgrades in its building #2. This phase of the upgrade follows completion of lighting improvements in both building 3 and building 5.
The new highly-efficient lighting fixtures have the ability to save as much as 60% of the electrical usage when combined with motion-sensor activation. These improvements will provide short- and long-term benefits to IIC tenants.
