The Indianapolis Industrial Center (IIC) is pleased to announce the leasing of its building #3 to Kepco+, a Utah-based architectural cladding company. Kepco will lease approximately 20,500 square feet of the facility for use in a manufacturing and assembly operation in which they will fit steel frames to stone slab “facings” for installation on new facility construction.
The facility provides a high-bay operating space (30 ft.) with drive-in access and 5-ton interior bridge crane to support Kepco+’s assembly needs. The operation has begun the “move-in” process and should be set up for production by the Christmas Holiday.
Kepco+ specializes in the design, fabrication and installation of natural stone, tile and/or terra-cotta cladding systems for application in religious, hospitality and commercial office buildings nationwide. The company is the contractor for the cladding application for the new Mormon temple in Hamilton County.
The IIC offers over 180,000 square feet of warehouse and office space in its industrial park near the University of Indianapolis. With rail-service available through four different carriers and a range of flexible service and leasing options, and interior bridge cranes with lifting capacity up to 25 tons, the IIC strives to provide its clients with “Heavy Duty Logistics Support”.
