Indianapolis Industrial Center Completes First Phase 2017

The Indianapolis Industrial Center announced today that the first of several facility upgrades for 2017 has been completed. The work was performed on building #1 (42,000 square feet) and included the demolition of outdated crane equipment, expanded crane service in the building, and resulted in more square footage available to both crane-served and non-crane-served use in the facility.

These improvements will enhance the functionality of the facility which offers a 3-car indoor rail siding, 25-ton capacity interior bridge crane, high storage capabilities, grade level, interior truck well, and standard dock access, availability to 1 acre of yard storage , and service by CSX. The improvements will result in 10,000 square feet of crane-served space being available to the market.

About the Indianapolis Industrial Center: The IIC is conveniently located near I-65 with quick access to all major Central Indiana interstates. It is situated on 19.5 acres of property zoned I-4-U with a total market offering of over 182,000 square feet. Currently 10,000 square feet is available in building 1 or 15,150 square feet in building #3.
