The Indianapolis Industrial Center today announced its lease with third-party logistics company Merchandise Warehouse. MW will receive, store, select orders and ship for a range of customers from the IIC property and will occupy over 20,000 square feet in three buildings. We welcome Merchandise Warehouse and look forward to serving the needs of this growing tenant.
