IIC Renovations Enter Final Phase (for 2017)

News

The Indianapolis Industrial Center today reported that it has concluded its first phase of 2017 renovations that included: the demolition of old structures in building 1 to expand floor space for storage, the upgrading of three interior bridge cranes, electrical upgrades, upgrades to the rail yard, and the installation of a facility wide surveillance system.

The completion of this work marks months of planning and construction – both interior and exterior and will serve to better position the facilities in the market and enhance tenant service opportunities.

As work concludes, our building #3 is now available for lease. It features approximately 14,575 sq. ft. of manufacturing or storage space, two grade level doors, one service dock and immediate access to an outdoor, secured storage area for equipment, materials or for outdoor operations.
