The Indianapolis Industrial Center today announced the completion of the first phase of upgrades to the property that have been in planning for several months.
Phase one included the rezoning of a portion of the property at the corner of Troy and Shelby Streets for commercial use from industrial use. The new zoning allows for a broader range of uses for the brick office at that corner.
Also included in phase one was the installation of new landscaping that enhances the commercial zoning, provides beautification to the corner and offers some screening to parking for the office.
These improvements will serve both tenants and the community by improving the visual impact of the property at the Troy/Shelby Street intersection.
