IIC Completes 2016 Facility Upgrades

News

The Indianapolis Industrial Center today announced completion of their 2016 facility upgrades. Projects included the installation of new landscape design, application of siding to building #3, and repainting of building #5.

These improvements will greatly enhance the appearance of the facility, deter excessive weathering, and further support tenant activities in the park. IIC President, Don Foley, Jr., commented that, “These projects have been a long time in coming, but we are very pleased that, with the support of our long-term tenants, we are now able to undertake these important improvements.”

The IIC wishes to thank Cade Masonry, Wise Building Solutions, Inc., and Allen Wallace for their work and attention to tenant needs during the construction.

Finally, we wish to thank all of our tenants, community leaders and neighbors for their support during these projects. Much remains to be done, but the improvements undertaken in 2016 represent a big step forward in the presentation of the facilities to the industrial real estate market and to the public.
