Today, the Indianapolis Industrial Center (IIC) announced the third expansion of E-Commerce company, Lessgistics, to 56,000 square feet in its building #5. Lessgistics has been a tenant in the park since September of 2020, and has grown from its initial leasehold of 20,000 square feet to it’s current presence as an anchor tenant in the park.
Lessgistics is a 3PL (3rd Party Logistics) company that focuses on three key areas: e-commerce fulfillment, subscription box kitting and Amazon services. The company now serves over 35 clients and has grown to become one of the key players in the high value-add subscription box kitting space.
The IIC would like to express our thanks and congratulations to the Lessgistics team for their business and their recent expansion of services.
The IIC leases warehouse, office and yard storage space located at 3000 S. Shelby Street. The property offers warehouses with a range of unique features including rail service, interior bridge cranes, drive-in doors, truck docks, office, and secured yard storage. The facility is just one mile from I-65 from which tenants can reach all major Central Indiana thoroughfares.
