The Indianapolis Industrial Center is pleased to announce the renewal of their lease with DFD Enterprises (DFD). DFD operates a rail-served distribution company in 30,000 square feet at the Industrial Center. The IIC is pleased to have been selected as the site for the continuing operations of DFD and looks forward to providing and extending services over the coming term.

The 19.5 acre industrial park is zoned I-4-U and offers convenient access to interstate 65 and thereby to the other major interstates converging in Central Indiana.
