The Indianapolis Industrial Center announced today that the re-fitting of its building 3, north is now underway.
The first stage of the project will be to replace supports, purlins, siding and roof. Afterward, new radiant heat, interior 10-ton bridge crane, lighting, insulation and sprinkler systems will be installed. The space is 15,500 SF with heavy-duty doors, two docks, fiber optic data service, immediate access to the secured yard storage, and 32 ft. clear height.
The work is estimated to be completed near the end of the year. The Colliers Realty Team of Korey Ryan and Jeorge Manley are representing the space to the market.
